1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 55ace ("55ace", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 55ace website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the 55ace platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all 55ace Services and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use any 55ace Services. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. 55ace reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accumulated on an account subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 will be void and forfeited.
2.2 Registration
To access real-money Services, you must register a 55ace account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and a secure password. You are required to keep this information up to date. 55ace reserves the right to verify any information provided.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered 55ace account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55ace will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold balances pending investigation.
2.4 Jurisdiction
55ace does not provide legal advice regarding gambling laws in any jurisdiction. You are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether accessing the 55ace platform and placing real-money bets is lawful in your location. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are permitted by the laws applicable to you to use online gambling services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 55ace account. Your login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. 55ace will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify 55ace immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, compromise of your password, or any suspicious activity. 55ace may suspend an account pending investigation of any reported or detected security concern.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 55ace account or any balance therein to any other person.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
55ace accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary based on account verification status. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. 55ace does not accept third-party deposits.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your 55ace account are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by method. 55ace reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be declined where outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds have not been met.
4.3 Currency
Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the account was opened in an alternative supported currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by 55ace at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 55ace platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or other activity. These game-specific rules are available within the 55ace platform interface and form part of these Terms.
55ace reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, system malfunctions, suspected fraudulent activity, manifest pricing errors, or breach of these Terms by the User. In the event a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by results as determined by the relevant official governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). 55ace does not accept liability for incorrect market settlements resulting from late or erroneous official results announcements.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 55ace may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. 55ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using third-party bonuses, or employing automated betting strategies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
7. Responsible Gaming
55ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your logged-in 55ace account dashboard.
Self-exclusion is a formal measure whereby a user requests 55ace to restrict their account for a specified minimum period. During any active self-exclusion period, 55ace will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded user from accessing their account and from receiving promotional communications. A user who circumvents self-exclusion by registering a new account acts in direct breach of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Registering more than one account
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purpose
- Attempting to manipulate any game outcome or exploit software errors
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating 55ace staff or other users
- Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any 55ace software or content
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on the 55ace platform are the exclusive property of 55ace or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 55ace intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 55ace content without prior written authorisation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. 55ace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 55ace account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
55ace makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11. Privacy
55ace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a 55ace account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
55ace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 55ace will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 55ace Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55ace is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to 55ace's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
